Very nice bike, amazing paint job, reliable motor, well made and sturdy. I'm enjoying it a lot so far
So far we have 175km on them and no issues or any real complaints just recommend using loctite on all bolts and do a once over after 100km on all the bolts to make sure they haven't loosen off. Definitely loving the ease of use and how far you can travel and not be worn down after a fairly long ride. Thumbs 👍

This is the right size bike for my 6'2" height. It has all the good and well known components (brakes, motor, battery, suspension). Scratched received on down tube like all others shown in you-tube videos. This is because the front wheel axle end rubs the frame at this location. Also front wheel had dent and multiple scratches. Recommend front wheel to be shipped separately to avoid this. Had to purchase longer optional seat tube. Also it seems that motor is de-tuned to climb hills a low speeds (for motor protection) You need to build speed and use pedal assist for going up steep hills. Overall still happy with purchase because of the fit, suspension, and styling.
I live in a hilly neighborhood, and the bike makes small hills feel effortless. The motor helps me keep a steady pace.
When I first opened the packaging, the scratch in the photo was already on the bike and so I got in touch with VITILAN and they said they would send out something to help with the scratches, they never did. Now with about 7 hours on the bike, I have enjoyed the ride the suspension is smooth and I am a bigger guy and the bike moves super fast but now it won’t turn on. Super unimpressed.

The shipping and packaging was well done (no issues on both T7 Pro). Both were easy to put together and adjust to my spouse and myself. We added the rack which comes with rear running and brake lights (needs some instructions on install it though). Both bike have been flawless so far with no dislikes at this point. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.
I was hesitant to try an e-bike, but the T7PRO exceeded all my expectations. It's simple to use, comfortable, and has given me the confidence to explore my neighborhood more.
My first ebike and I'm not disappointed. I mostly ride on paved and gravel trails and it's excellent.

Fast delivery. Fast assembly. Everything in perfect condition. Still waiting on the rear rack with tail light but it says none available until April, I didn't notice that. Motor seems to be locked at a 45KM top speed even though it feels like it can go faster. Suspension is not as good as you're hoping it is. All in all pretty satisfied but the best one I think I'll do more research.

The bike was sent to wrong address Basket came Them other part came Once you put on the basket, you can't actually adjust the seat because it's hits basket at the seat. Wobbles a bit. A bit bit.
Great bikes , worked well out of box , minor adjustments as any bike after a few days. So much fun!
Le bike est arrivé en 5 jours. Bien emballé. Le cadre semble vraiment solide. C'est un gros vélo !! Il est puissant et confortable. J'ai eu besoin d'ajuster les freins avant et gonfler les pneus mais c'est normal ! J'ai aussi ajouter quelques ty-wrap pour une meilleure solidité du câblage. La lampe avant fait tourner les têtes!
Excellent quality and value , very pleased with our purchase . I am 6' 3" and I'd wish the seat could go higher other than that I have no complaints. I got my wife a folding U7 she is very pleased with it as well .
This was a mistake. First the chain wrapped itself around the the back wheel gears and jammed itself between the low gear and the motor. Hell to get out! They would not explain how to adjust it. Wanted me to make a video. Watched some vids on how to adjust the chain and got it to work just hacking at it as I had NO SUPPORT! Now the thing gives an error message and shuts off when I shift gears. Overall experience has been extremely frustrating and dangerous when the chain came off while crossing the road and locked up the back wheel. Had to get off and fight with it and force it across the road in traffic. Embarrassing! NO SUPPORT, they answer your chat at 3am, as they are in CHINA, in broken English. NO NUMBER TO CALL should have been a clue that service in unavailable. At this point I want to send it back as there is no one that can fix it. Anybody want to buy a bike?

I’m so pleased with this purchase. It arrived super quick and it was very easy to assemble as it comes already partially built with the complex parts already intact. It goes super fast! I had contacted costumer service because I found to start the peddle assist options were all to fast and they explained how I can customize each level very thoroughly and I was able to make my bike the perfect speeds for my preference. I’ve already taken it on the trails and the suspension withstands bumps very well. Also it’s just a great bike to go around down on. It is a heavy chonky bike, but I can handle it. I’m 115lbs and 5’3” and it works perfect for me when the seat is on its lowest notch. Grateful for the kickstand. Anyways I highly reccomend if you’re looking for good quality and a great price. Also shout out to costumer service 5 stars.

Just Got this Bike like 2 days ago. Coming from a Smaller foldable 500w Bike to this is like night and Day. Put around 23miles Yest on the T7s initial Voyage. I can Say This Bike Rides Like a Dream. The Suspension feels so Nice Compared to My Full Suspension Folder. It’s Fast but not Pull a wheelie fast for me that’s fine. I do wish It had more Power available when stopping to Starting. I know that Bafang motor Rips when Going from about 15-30mph on this Bike. This bikes a Beast It’s a Big Bike IRL the bikes Bigger then It seemed in the Pictures online so Be prepared 💪 This Bike Turns heads I had 3 diff Strangers ask me about The Bike Yest

Bike and scooter day... So far the T7 is very nice to ride even with no peddle assist. Tires are great and I upgraded to the Vitilan airbag seat which is even better than the original one.
This bike is incredible. It's super comfortable, incredibly stable on the road or offroad and has power to spare. Having 9 pedal assist levels give me such control over the ride. I highly recommend getting this bike.

Love the bike only thing that was wrong was the a/c cord for charger was not the right one for charger it was a three prong plug and charger was a two prong plug but the bike is great haven’t gotten the bike rack yet
