Mon fils va partout où il veut maintenant. Le vélo va très bien. La batterie n’est pas ultra performante mais faut avouer qu'il ne pédale jamais, il se laisse aller. 😉 Pure lâcheté 😅. Il en profite. Sinon rien à dire pour le moment.
I've had my V3 2.0 for about two weeks now and have taken it out roughly ten times. It's still early days, so consider this a preliminary review rather than a long-term assessment, but so far I'm very pleased with the bike. Assembly: The instructions could use some improvement. The bike ships with a derailleur guard, but there's no guidance on how or where to install it. Similarly, when mounting the front tire, there's a piece of plastic wedged in the front brakes that needs to be removed first—this step isn't mentioned anywhere in the manual either. A quick addendum or an updated instruction sheet covering these two steps would save new owners some guesswork. Build quality: Excellent. The bike feels rock-solid on the road, and that translates directly into confidence—you genuinely feel safe riding it, even at speed. Charger heat: This is the one item I'd flag for the team's attention. Using an infrared thermometer, I measured the battery charger surface temperature at over 150°F during a charge cycle. That's hot enough that I now charge it on a cork pad to protect the surface underneath. I'd recommend looking into this—whether it's within normal operating spec or worth revisiting from a design standpoint, it's the kind of thing that could concern owners who don't have a way to measure it. Performance: This is where the bike really shines. The speed and power make hill climbs dramatically easier, and it's changed how I think about routes I used to avoid. This alone has been worth the purchase. Overall, a strong first impression with a couple of easy fixes on the documentation side and one item (charger heat) I'd like the company to look into.
Have not used it much yet, but as I have had some experience riding a friend's, this bike meets all my expectations. Also my first experience with assembly that I found very easy to complete.
I love my Vitilan V3 2.0 ebike, but I have to knock off one star because I ran into a few issues during assembly. The screw on the front hydraulic brake caliper was overtightened to the point that I couldn’t remove it myself. And I wasn't sure why it wasn't installed in the first place attached to the front suspension fork. So I ended up asking a local bike shop for assistance, and thankfully they were able to remove the screw for me. After that, I was able to finish assembling the bike the next day after receiving it. I contacted customer service about the issue, and to their prompt reply, they resolved it by sending me a free replacement pillar part and screws. That's great customer service I'd say. At the time of writing this review, I’m still waiting for it to arrive. They were also able to send me the free phone holder that was supposed to be included in the box and it was nice looking and has a great build quality. Anyway, upon riding the V3 2.0 for a few blocks around my neighborhood, I noticed that the hydraulic brake cable was loose, which made shifting gears very difficult and unresponsive (doesn't shift at all). At first I didn't know that it was the issue and tried to rectify it myself to no avail, so once again, I had to bring it to the local bike shop, and they were able to fix the issue quickly. After that, the bike rode great. One last thing: I was originally hoping to get the dark grey color because, in my opinion, it’s the best-looking colorway of the V3 lineup. Unfortunately, it was out of stock at that time, so I settled for the matte black instead. Overall, the V3 2.0 is a well-built and great-looking e-bike, and I’m very happy with it. Despite the initial issues, it always puts a smile on my face every time I ride it.
Purchased 2 Vitilan V3 2.0 e-bikes. Arrived quickly, packaged well. Seem very well built. Only issue we had was a bolt was loose holding the brake which turned out to be the hangar bracket hole was stripped. Reached out to vitilan which response was quick and they promptly sent out a new bracket which resolved the issue. It's winter here so haven't had much riding time yet but looking forward to it in a few months!
6 months in the making As for now im satisfied its a great bike im using it work/home 12km X2 5 days a week I buy a seat post w/ shock absorber its on the way coz the street were i go had a lot of holes i need only to adapt my V3. Also i add a sidemirro/very soft seat cushion from aliexpress
Ordered two e-bikes, one for my husband and myself. This is our first time using e-bikes. Read a lot of reviews and YouTube videos before deciding on these ones. Shipping was quick. Bike needed some assembly-the instructions are a little skimpy-but for two people who know nothing about it, it was absolutely doable. One bike needed a minor adjustment of the brakes as it was rubbing and we couldn’t figure it out but a quick trip to a bike shop for a one minute fix and it was ready. The bikes are very well made and heavy. They look really cool. There is a bit of a learning curve if you’ve never used one before but we are learning. The brakes are mechanical, not hydraulic but so far they are working really well. We’ve ridden quite a bit, good smooth riding, no rattling on pavement, nice suspension, easy to use digital screen. We are using these primarily on gravel roads at camp. The battery has 5 bars to start when fully charged, I was down to two bars after 44 miles with using PAS 2 and some pedal power mostly. For reference I am a light 120lbs. I could have gone with a 500 watt motor-these bikes have massive power! We are loving them and look forward to our rides. No regrets!

Bike arrived as advertised, but missing the small rubber plug that covers the charging port in the frame. Contacted Vitilan to ship me one. It was a bit of a struggle to get them to send it, but eventually they did and I installed it easily. Overall happy with the product, although we haven't ridden much yet since it's winter.

Ohhh yea just got my v3.
Finally received my Vitilan V3 yesterday. Tested it today for a short ride and to do some few groceries. I'm very happy that I have made this decision. The bike is very powerful and I barely used pedal assist 2, I just stayed on PA1 as my neighborhood doesn't have hills and mostly flat ☺️. Was able to fit at the back of my Caravan with lots of space to spare. Ordered June 28 and received July 10, however still waiting for the Bag and seat included that was stuck with customs.

Hi, I haven’t gotten the chance to ride it yet cause when I received it and put it together and inflated the bike tires the rear tire blew out and had to wait a wwwk to get some professional help to fix it cause the bolts of the rear tire were super tight. Also, the paint job is very cheap and the bike has earned a few scratches already. And to top it off, I still haven’t received the phone holder that was supposed to come with it.
Fast shipping, relatively straightforward to assemble but it helps to have a helping hand. Easy to learn to use and fun to ride!
Great bike, needed a bit of adjusting but it works great and is fun to ride, can't believe its only 1000 dollars, I bought crappier bikes for more

This review is directed to a management level person who has the authority to address my concerns. I am not impressed with your business. First, I was misled as to the delivery date of the bike. Then when I asked for a reasonable compensation for the deception I was declined. Now your company is asking me for free feedback about problems with the bike, feedback that a consultant would be paid hundreds or thousands of dollars for. I have valuable feedback regarding packaging, assembly, and design flaws that could lead to catastrophic failure and injury as well as critical damage to the battery. Let me know what compensation the company is willing to offer for this valuable feedback and inconvenience and I may be willing to share this knowledge that could improve customer satisfaction and save the company from the cost of liability. The shipping was fast. Unfortunately the bike i received had a damaged rear tire (packing issue). Just waiting to hear from support so they can send me a new one. Everything on the bike is as advertised. High power motor, strong battery, affordable. Would recommend. I dont see my issue being all too common.
Half of the items are defective, even the tire was punctured. Ask for the partial refund. Let see if they give it or no.
I am not fully satisfied with my order. The mileage after a full charge is not meeting my expectations, and I am also having some issues with the charging. Another major concern is that there is a black mark/mole on the battery that does not come off. These are my main concerns, and I would appreciate your help in resolving them.
