The front wheel was scratched when I received it. Other than that, all the parts were there, and all the tools needed to assemble the bike were also included. The free basket wasn't included, but I think they substituted a cellphone holder instead. I took it for an inaugural ride, and got it up to 60 km/hr on a flat surface. I need to ride it more to verify the distance that the battery will go. The bike is surprisingly light without the battery installed.
Great ebike, its my first ebike and I am not disappointed, very durable well made bike , I get some high speeds off this thing , 72kmh and im a big guy 240lbs. Full throttle at those speed will usually kill the battery in 40 minutes maybe 1 hour of riding , which is plenty for me to go to work and back , riding it like a normal person would get you more time and distance, and less charges. I get 15 minute rides x 2 which is about 20km at full throttle 72kmh. Ride it normal and you could get 3 or 4 times that. I recommend the bike, it is fun.

Excellent e-bike with the traditional bike look. The main benefit of this bike is its 43mph top speed and extremely quick 1-20mph acceleration in ~4 seconds on dual motor. Double-guarded chain which is always nice to see. The sacrifice, like with any bike, is going to be the suspension, but if you are just riding on the road/bike paths its not an issue. This also helps to reduce the weight to keep it in that ~80lb range. I replaced the seat and converted to a twist throttle but that is just my preference. Best price for a 40+mph bike you'll find on the market, and certainly in Canada with the narrower supply. Took me ~2 hours to assemble, as someone new to e-bikes. Just put the H5 together and because of the snow and slush I’ve only driven 6 kilometers Man this bike has torque 🚴🏻♂️👍. I will give an update after a good 70 k ride… I love my T7 pro and I’m looking forward to getting on the trail with the H5.
The problem is that it's not indicated on the screen whether you're using the front motor, the rear motor, or both.

I can’t raise up the guidon on the bike which is pretty unusual… what is the solution for this issue? Beside that bike is good enough even with the different rattles and retight after the first 3 rides
