Made riding more confortable and look more attractive

It would have been better to leave the package behind the door inside rather than outside, so for delivery safety I give it 4 stars instead of 5. I am satisfied with everything else, 5 stars.

This review is for the shipping insurance. It was good, shipping the bike was fast and safe , I had no issues so the insurance wasnt used but was good to have just incase
The front wheel was scratched when I received it.
It is an amazing service ! We love our i7 bikes, they allow us to visit many places, things that we wouldn't see by car.

Shipping protection was reasonable, especially when you consider the size of the Bike all packaged up. It was comforting to know I was not going to have to worry about issues that occur frequently with other online venders and orders.

J'ai eu le temps de faire une randonnée d'une vingtaine de km et quelques déplacements de moins de 5km et jusqu'à date le vélo fonctionne comme prévu. Sauf que le service de livraison a laissé la boîte du vélo sur la galerie à la pluie battante sans signature. Je suis arrivé avant que l'eau ne traverse l'épais carton de la boîte. J'ai donné 5 étoiles quand même car ce n'était pas la faute de Vitilan mais ils devraient soigner leurs fréquentations.

It’s awesome! Super fast, durable, great engineering. Out of all the ebike videos I watched on YouTube before purchasing this one was definitely the best! All my friends/family think it’s super awesome as well. I Highly recommend! The bike says 5’5 but I’m 5’2 and I find it very easy to handle!
A very high-performing and well-built bike at a very reasonable price, and the delivery was fast. I am very satisfied. PS (I would like them to make the same model with the same tires but with hydraulic brakes and rear suspension, even if it were a little more expensive).

I received the bike quickly. Had a small issue with the disc and brake pad making a rubbing sound. I wrote to Vitilan and got a very quick response. They sent a new disc and brake pad and attached a video on how to change it. Customers service is impeccable. Im very impressed considering how difficult it is now a days to get a decent service after sell. Vitilan really put the bar high. Havent tried the bike out yet but i can not wait.

I I am hoping your return policy is stellar. I don’t like this bike at all. I have struggled for two weeks now and despite YT videos, you fb community I have not found a solution to the issue of the disc rubbing. I am done with this bike and want to send it back as i have had it two weeks and still can’t ride jr. !

The seat extension was perfect . I think anyone over 6 feet tall will need one. The t7 is not made for tall people
Love it so far. I'm getting complimented on the chameleon paint. The suspension is compliant, the power delivery is smooth and more than I need for every day riding, the display is great, I can't speak for range at this stage as I have yet to drain the battery, but so far I have gone 45 km on 40% battery, excellent I would say. The bike arrived 7 days after ordering and undamaged, yea.
